After confirming the order, we will send you the design draft for confirmation, and then send final product photos for your check.finally we will ship the mass production goods.
4. How to get samples? Is the sample charged? How long does the sample ship?

1)Send inquiries to contact the account our salesto request the samples;
2)the stock samples are free, the samples produced are charged according to your requirements; 
3)the samples will be sent within 7 days once receive the sampling cost.

5. How long will it be shipped?

It is usually delivered within 7-12working days after payment and document confirmed. If your order is urgent, we will adjust the schedule appropriately and continue to follow up the production process for you.

6. What is the minimum order quantity of the product?

The general order quantity for a product is 500 pieces. The more the quantity is, the cheaper the unit price will be.

7. If I place an order with you, should I pay the import fee?

It depends on what shipping term you choose. We normally offer FOB/CIF price,the shipping cost and your local destination fees, customs clearance fees will be charged by your side. But we also support DDP term which includes the customs duty.
